Romina Ricco Greubel: Founder & CEO (1998 - present)
Since October 1998, our founder has been a cornerstone to the hospitality industry by introducing the MENU-COVER concept in Argentina, featuring a new style of menu presentation on the table. In 2000, a paradigm break took place in Argentina´s food industry: new cuisine, interior designing & service training. Hotels & restaurants started to be understood as an EXPERIENCE, and the menu cover became part of this new concept.
Romina has been invited by several institutions to deliver educational sessions involving RESTAURANT MENUS., where she brought all her knowledge to students of Hotel Management & Food Service careers.
By the beginning of 2015, she launched PLATINUM LEVEL, a new business division focused in corporate products: presentation folders, diploma-holders, pad-holders & corporate gifts., all customized to comply with specific requests.
